29 Macquarie Street Studio is operated by 29 Macquarie Street Pty Ltd (ABN 63 701 124 692). This is a plain account of what we do with the details you give us.

What we collect

When you book or get in touch we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your booking or enquiry. That's it — we don't ask for anything we don't need to run your booking and reply to you.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, to contact you about it, and to answer your questions. We may email you about your booking; we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else sees it

Bookings are taken through Calendly, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy. This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Beyond the services we need to run bookings, we don't share your details with anyone, and we never sell them.

Video surveillance

The Studio is under video surveillance (CCTV) at the entrances and in the studio area — video only, no audio; private areas are not monitored. Footage is used solely for the purposes of assessing damage to property and theft of equipment, and may be used as evidence in a claim, an insurance matter or a dispute, or disclosed where the law requires or permits. You may request access to footage of yourself by emailing hello@29macquarie.com.au. The full position is in clause 10 of our Terms of Hire.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and may set its own cookies to make booking work.

Keeping and removing it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the business and its accounts. If you'd like to see, correct or remove the details we hold about you, email hello@29macquarie.com.au and we'll sort it out.
